Trinity Complete Ltd (“Trinity”) has secured an undisclosed amount of capital from Nash Business Capital Ltd to acquire and refurbish Trinity Court, a c.25,000sq ft office building in Peterborough. Trinity intends to reposition the building as a serviced office provider in an underserved local market.

The flexible office sector is a fast-growing sector across the UK, both in London and further afield, with companies now willing to pay a premium for a fully serviced offering on more flexible lease terms. By targeting locations such as Peterborough, which are easily reachable from London by car and train, Trinity is well positioned to meet the growing requirement of corporates seeking to reduce costs by moving personnel to cheaper office space.
